16:30 UTC: We haven't seen any further performance problems, but we're still waiting for more details of the incident from one of our upstream transit providers.
20:00 UTC: We're expecting a full outage report to be issued by the provider tomorrow (2018-04-20).
2018-04-24: The outage report indicates the cause was "human error" and that change procedures have been reviewed and updated to prevent a repeat incident in future.
