At approximately 11:25 UTC (12:25 BST) we experienced a brief period of packet loss on some routes due to a incident at one of upstream transit providers. The provider has identified an issue with their network in North London and engineers are currently working on a resolution.
We haven't seen any further disruption since the initial incident and we are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
UPDATE 12:15 UTC: The provider has confirmed that the issue has now been resolved. They're continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue and will provide more details in due course.
