One of our upstream network providers experienced some disruption which affected traffic on some routes. The issue is now rectified but we're still investigating the root cause.
EDIT: Our provider experienced a power failure in one of their sites between 10:02 and 10:17 BST which lead to the loss of some equipment. Power has now been restored with full redundancy and the root cause has been identified as a battery cell failure in a UPS. Engineers are currently working to replace the failed battery cell.
